I'm originally from PA, but moved to Florida in 2012. I'm motivated, goal oriented and active. I like to stay busy, explore and be productive, but I also enjoy my downtime. When active, I kayak, hike, geocache, run, and strength train. Health, fitness and nutrition are important to me and I'm looking for someone that gets that. When not active, I read, watch TV, spend time with friends, play video games, and start too many new hobbies. I decided to get on sites such as this due to experiences on other dating sites. I realized I do not find many gamers, and I realized this had to be at the core of my search. I think it's safe to say gaming is my biggest passion, so I'm looking for someone that gets that. I graduated in 2005 with a BS in Computer Science (Software Engineering), decided I was bored with computers, and now troubleshoot humans. I work as an Addiction Counselor (I have my CAP) at a treatment center and find it quite rewarding, albeit stressful. I am currently enrolled in a Master's program for Mental Health Counseling. In 2018 I started my own private practice for substance use counseling with a colleague of mine. It is one of the most terrifying and rewarding things I have ever done. I enjoy cooking, but I like eating slightly more. As a single man, however, I have mastered the art of convenient/healthy food prep. Lastly, I'm an atheist. It's important. Not necessarily a deal-breaker for me, but I'd rather have that information out in the forefront.
