Hi, I'm Brenden! I'm a 2017 graduate from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California. I majored in Communication and I minored in English. So, about me... Well of course, I'm an avid gamer. I've been gaming since I was 3 years old. I started on the SNES, along with one of the limited-edition copies of Super Mario All-Stars which also contained Super Mario World (My dad is a great guy!). I grew up with Nintendo, and only branched out when the PS2 came out (my first game for the PS2 was Kingdom Hearts). These days, I own a gaming PC, and I usually play FPS games, though I'll try most genres except puzzle and sports games. Those don't really interest me much. I also have a PS4, and I plan on eventually getting a Nintendo Switch or Switch Lite. My favorite cuisine is Japanese food (I've even had the pleasure of going to Japan for about 2 weeks), though my preference is pretty much anything Asian. I enjoy lots of different food from other cultures, but please, keep me away from mushrooms, bell peppers, and some other things. I love history of the medieval era, and am self-educated about medieval warfare, arms, and armor. To an extent, I also dabble in the knowledge of firearms both antiquated and modern, but I prefer swords and plate armor, all that jazz. I'm also self-taught in the field of gemstones, and I'm considering a career in that field in some capacity. I've always been fascinated by gems (as are a lot of people, let's face it) and I think I'd do well as a gemologist, or maybe something else. I also love writing, forging a narrative, creating new worlds. Perhaps I'll tell you of some of my work?
