Despite no longer wanting to work proffesionally with animtion, I'm still really geeky about staying on top of the industry. It really fascinates me on both an artistic and an entertainment level. My favorite cartoons include the ones I grew up with (Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, Batman the Animated Series, Ren and Stimpy, The Simpsons, etc). Cartoons of today are kinda lost on me for being crudely done and slapped together. I admit sometimes I can get a little snobby about that. But I do enjoy Regular Show and (don't hate me for this, but I'll admit it) The Looney Tunes Show. Also, I should mention that I really only like "golden age" Simpsons. The stuff they pump out now is severely depressing.
